Credit Card Security

Alternatepress Limited and eSensual Books use the Global Payments (GPUK LLP) facility as an electronic gateway to clear your payment. All credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit (SSL) encryption. In addition all payments are managed through the SagePay system for enhanced client security.

Currency of Payments

All payments are initially in GBPounds. However, your Credit Card currency will be converted during the payment process. Please note that the Credit Card companies may charge a fee for currency conversion. Check your Credit Card issuer Terms and Conditions for details.

Guarantee

Alternatepress Limited and eSensual Books will not provide refunds due to the nature of the products. Alternatepress Limited and eSensual Books will replace damaged content with either an undamaged file of the work, or a work of equal value. You must request replacement of damaged files within Seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. Requests must be made via the "Contact Us" link which can be accessed from the Home page and other locations on the Site.

Acceptance of Terms

www.alternatepress.co.uk and www.esensualbooks.com, including all site-related content and services, is provided by Alternatepress Limited and eSensual Books (hereafter "Alternatepress Limited and eSensual Books," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Web Site is subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use agreement ("Terms of Use"), which supplement any additional guidelines or other terms posted by Alternatepress Limited and eSensual Books in relation to specific Web Site-related services or content or materials. We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms of Use without advance notice by posting a revised Terms of Use to this Web Site. Termination

Submission Rules

1. Submissions to the Site: We welcome you to post informative and insightful content, including commentary, subject to your agreement to comply with the Terms of Use. Please be aware that in order to operate the Site or redistribute materials you post to the Site or otherwise submit to us, we require certain rights in those materials.
